Registration Fees:
Individual Fee - $75 or
Closed Roster Team Fee - $795
(Up to 13 players, 14th and 15th players pay individual registration fee)
The following is included with the Registration Fee:
- 6 League Games
- Supplemental Player Insurance
Team benefits include:
- 12 Blackout Dates
- Game Balls Provided ($18 Value)
- 1 hr. 45 min. unlighted Practices on game fields for PBA Teams – additional $40
Teams are responsible for their own uniforms. We suggest Cardinal’s Sport Center at 972-985-1144.

Players - To Register:
To be eligible for play ALL players must register through Player Registration. Go to the “Registration” tab at the top of the home page, click on “Player Registration.” Returning players should use current username and password. To register a player click here.
